Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and coordinating budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule and evolves into a placed houseparent with the same student group. Benefits include $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 per couple total), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Qualifications include experience with youth, two-year married couple minimum, age 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED.
