Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex to Placed Houseparent while maintaining a structured, family-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
