Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, and actively engage in developmental and recreational activities. They lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and begin on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home. This role includes comprehensive benefits and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
