Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) needed at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and supervising budgeting and reporting. Initially serving multiple homes on a 9-on/3-off schedule, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
