Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live on campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and programming for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Schedule initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires two-person, married-couple eligibility, high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license, with an emphasis on youth growth, safety, and Judeo-Christian campus activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year+ married couple eligibility
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
