Child PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person married couple) will reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent role with the same student home. Qualifications include experience with youth, eligibility for two-year married couples, age 27+, clean campus conduct, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and high school diploma or GED.
