Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
