Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership of routines, devotions, and budgeting for a group of 8–13 students. Initially rotating across homes on a nine-on, three-off schedule, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance and paid training. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and complete individual applications. High school diploma or GED required; valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to lead devotions and attend Sunday Chapel.
