Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus: married, legally married for at least two years, with both spouses actively applying; jointly provide care, supervision, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, including daily routines, supervision, medication administration, transportation to activities, budgeting, and leading devotional activities and Sunday Chapel; initial nine-on/three-off schedule with eventual placement in a single student home; benefits include housing, meals, and relocation support; candidates must have a driver’s license, be able to lift 50 lbs, and meet age and household-size requirements.
