Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School. A married couple resides in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. Initially, the schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Qualifications emphasize youth experience, two-person married couple requirement, both spouses aged 27 or older, driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
