Child PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple team) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and activities, including medications administration, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, daily devotions, and Chapel attendance. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty with three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires both spouses to complete individual applications; mealtime/household budgeting, reporting, and compliance with campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty) are part of duties.
