Family-style on-campus houseparent role for married couples (two-person team). Responsibilities include supervising 8–13 students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured home environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses must complete individual applications.
