Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple live-in role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students, providing care, supervision, medication administration, transportation to activities, developmentally-focused programming, and leading daily devotions with Sunday Chapel; initial nine-on, three-off schedule with eventual placement in a dedicated student home, including eligibility criteria such as age and marital requirements, a salary per person with comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage requirement for couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Two-person, married-couple employment
- Ability to complete individual employment applications
