Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially scheduled for nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768/year) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to become certified to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; two-year married commitment for both spouses, aged 27+ for each, and readiness to live in on-campus homes and support student success.
