Full-time Flex Houseparents, a two-person married couple role, reside on campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with same student group. Schedule initially 9 consecutive days on duty followed by 3 days off; includes on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits, with relocation assistance and paid training.
