Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes with a two-person married couple, supervising and mentoring about 8–13 students, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and supporting students before transitioning into a placed houseparent role living with the same student group; compensation includes salary per person plus housing and benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
