Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for a two-person married couple to reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and structured routines for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervision, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a two-year-married partnership with both spouses aged 27 or older; relocation assistance and paid training provided; on-campus housing and meals included.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol during duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role-model responsibilities
