Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, assist with medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role. The position requires a two-spouse, legally married partnership for consideration, with both spouses completing individual employment applications. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse requirement for application

- No alcohol on duty
- Two years married minimum
