Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, live in on-campus student homes with a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentoring, and activities, including medication administration, transportation to activities, developing routines, and leading devotions and chapel; initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement in a fixed student home, plus relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two-person couple role must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotional activities and chapel services
- Experience with youth preferred
- On-campus housing availability for live-in couples
