Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
