Child PA

Child PA role for married couples: Full-time Flex Houseparents residing on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting/reporting. Role transitions from on-duty nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Requires two-person, legally married couple with a high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to support a faith-based, smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Includes relocation assistance and paid training; total compensation per couple around $168,000 annually when housing and benefits are included. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
