Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, coordinating schedules, driving to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent student-home assignment. The position emphasizes a structured, family-like environment and requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, to jointly serve and complete individual applications. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, and paid training; housing, meals, and utilities are included as part of total compensation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and Judeo-Christian chapel services
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years, age 27 or older for both spouses
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
