Child PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and care for a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and developmentally supportive activities. They lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel, manage household routines and budgeting, and will transition from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role with the same students. Benefits include salary per person with full housing and meals, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old, with a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; and experience with youth.
