Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role with a same-student home. The role requires a married two-person team, ages 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and a commitment to a safe, faith-aligned campus. Salary per person is $44,768 with a total package around $168,000 per couple including housing and benefits; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Relocation and benefits are included; two spouses must apply individually.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
