Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus at Milton Hershey School, Mount Vernon, WA. Provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home; duties include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires experience with youth, two-year marriage minimum for both spouses, ages 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no more than three dependents, and each spouse must complete an individual employment application.
