Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, guiding and supervising 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows an initial nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition to a Placed Houseparent within the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation for a couple around $168,000, relocation/training, and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications emphasize youth experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license with training to drive student vans, being legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and high school diploma or GED, alongside a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
