Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) live on-campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, and engagement in developmental activities for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, planning and participating in activities, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, a high school diploma or GED, and valid US driver’s license with ability to be certified to drive student vans. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and extensive time-off during designated periods. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
