Job Summary
Milton Hershey School is hiring two-person married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and initially supporting various homes before transitioning to a placed Houseparent role. Compensation is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and on-duty housing/meals. Requires experience with youth, a two-year married status, age 27+, no more than three dependent children, smoke- and weapon-free campus, valid U.S. driver’s license with van certification ability, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
