Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person, legally married couple role) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, manage daily routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed Houseparent in the same student home. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, both spouses aged 27 or older, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; two-spouse, fully collaborative employment applications are required for consideration. Required Qualifications

- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students
- High level of commitment to student success from both spouses
