Job Summary
Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. They will oversee budgeting and household reporting and, after hire, transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. The role includes a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule initially, with relocation assistance provided and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Compliance with smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Proselytizing prohibition while on duty
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel services
