Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, and serve as a two-person couple to supervise and guide a group of approximately 8–13 students. They provide daily supervision, mentorship, and oversight of routines; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting; and transition from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation per couple around $168,000 (including housing and meals); relocation assistance and paid training; comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license (with ability to become certified to drive student vans), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. The role is two-person and requires married couples for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older, located on-campus with on-site housing and student-life duties.
