Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus at Milton Hershey School, caring for 8–13 students in a family-like home setting. Couples are responsible for supervision, mentorship, medication administration, coordinating activities, budgeting, and reporting, with a nine-days-on/two days-off schedule transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
