Job Summary
Full-time on-campus Flex Houseparents reside in student homes, provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with same group of students; initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; benefits include relocation assistance and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
