Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on a campus residence for 8–13 students; couples reside in on-campus homes, provide supervision, mentorship, medications management, transportation to activities, and lead devotions/chapel. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three off, then transition to a placed houseparent for continued residence with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires a two-spouse application process and adherence to campus rules including smoking/weapon restrictions, immunities, and safety expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
