Fully on-campus two-person Flex Houseparent role for married couples residing with a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed Houseparent role with the same student group.
