Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medications administration, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be aged 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and paid time off.
