Child PA

Two-person married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Live in on-campus student homes; supervise 8–13 students; provide care, supervision, and support; manage household routines; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan developmentally appropriate activities; lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and reporting; initial schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same home. Comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and housing included. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses be at least 27 years old. This is a two-person role for couples; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
