Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside on-campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, provide care and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and later transition to a placed houseparent role. The position requires a married couple, at least two years of marriage, age 27 or older for both spouses, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; total compensation per couple is around $168,000 annually when including housing and benefits.
