Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes: a two-person married-couple role providing supervision, mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation, activities, devotions, and budgeting within a structured, family-like environment for 8–13 students. Initial 9-on/3-off schedule progressing to a placed houseparent with same student group; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, willingness to lead devotions and chapel services, U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. High school diploma or GED required. To be considered, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
