Two-person married-couple role to live on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. After an initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule, couples transition to a placed houseparent role with continued on-campus residence and interaction with the same student group.
