Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus and supervise 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and ensuring student wellness. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent student-home assignment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married couple minimum (two spouses)
- Both spouses over 27
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience with youth preferred
- Commitment to a smokefree and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Proven integrity and professionalism
