Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, caring for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; benefits include relocation assistance and paid training. Must be a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses age 27+, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Requires valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; physical ability to lift 50 lbs; compliance with campus rules regarding safety, spirituality, and conduct.
