Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside on campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, administer medications, plan activities, manage household routines and budgeting, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially covering nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a fixed student home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; requires both spouses to complete individual applications and involves driving students to activities, supervising academics and wellness, and ensuring a structured, family-like living environment for student development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
