Flex Houseparents (Full-time, two-person couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; must be legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older.
