Job Summary
Child PA role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, drive to activities, lead devotions, manage household routines and budgeting, and transition to a placed houseparent within a nine-on/three-off schedule; includes relocation training and benefits. Requires both spouses to complete individual applications; high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; duties include medications administration, transportation, planning activities, and supervision.
