Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on the Milton Hershey School campus, providing care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a dedicated student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total couple compensation around $168,000, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, eligibility for a two-person married-couple arrangement, both spouses aged 27+, clean driving credentials with ability to drive student transport, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus, along with lifting up to 50 lbs and leading students in devotional activities.
