Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus: couples reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students per home) providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care, including supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying Sunday Chapel. Initially, duties cover nine consecutive days on duty followed by three off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include a $44,768 per person salary (about $168,000 per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses being legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older. Must be comfortable leading devotions and participating in Judeo-Christian chapel services; two-person application required for consideration.
