Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married couple living on campus in student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, supervising budgeting and reporting, and initially supporting multiple homes on a nine-on, three-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent in a single student home.
