Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live on-campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and mentorship for ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medications administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three off to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. Requires experience working or volunteering with youth; high school diploma or GED; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to be certified to drive student vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance provided; compensation approximately $44,768 per person (about $168,000 total per couple) with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
