Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support; duties include managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially rotating among student homes on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a single student home. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (about $168,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Requirements include experience with youth, two-year married status, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to lead devotions and chapel; the role is full-time and on-campus at Rolling Hills Estates, CA.
